As we head
into 2013 it is important as L&D practitioners to identify the challenges
we face and workshop, learn from our peers across industry. You will walk away
from this event with new contacts, ideas to implement and an understanding of
the benefits of graphic facilitation.
What does a graphic facilitator do?
A graphic facilitator
manages the group process and draws out and involves attendees in creating the
shared output by using graphics. Graphic charts are the key tools utilized to
set up the meeting, to frame the group sessions, and to capture output – by the
facilitator and the participants.
Who is Nicola Bailey?
Nicola is a certified IAF Professional Facilitator, and has trained
with The Grove in San Francisco, Meeting Magic in the UK, Loosetooth in Chicago and Open Space Works in Australia. She brings eighteen years’ experience in sales and marketing working for IBM and Microsoft.
